Shipping Information

Free shipping on orders over $99.

Free shipping is available on all domestic orders over $99 shipped to the lower 48 states. The free shipping method is UPS or USPS ground shipping. If you place your order by 2:00 pm Monday thru Friday, we strive to ship your order the same day. Your order should arrive within 1-5 business days. If it has not arrived after 5 business days, please contact us with your name and order number.

Do you ship to a P.O. box?

Orders being delivered to P.O. boxes can only be shipped via US Postal Service (USPS). All standard shipping rates apply. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Concentrators, nebulizers and other devices are typically shipped via UPS. If you are ordering a concentrator or other home medical equipment, please provide a physical address.

Can stand-alone batteries be shipped overseas or via an expedited shipping method?

Due to U.S. regulations, all batteries must ship via ground.

Do you ship internationally?

Certain manufacturers are unable to be shipped overseas. Please contact us with any questions.

 Shipment errors

Any shipping discrepancy must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Please call us at 844-304-8700. If representatives are busy, please leave a message with your name, phone number, and order number, and we will return your call as soon as possible.
