Price Match Policy

With our online lowest price match guarantee, you can rest assured you are paying the best price for your purchase. If you find a lower price on the same product from an authorized online retailer within 7 days of purchase, we will refund the difference. If you see a product listed lower at an authorized online retailer, please contact us at 844-304-8700.

In order to price match another distributor, we would require the following:

- A link to the website where the identical item is advertised, including the product name, price, and SKU number. The product must be identical.
- Your contact information.

What we price match

We can price match any item being sold by an Authorized Distributor of the equipment. 
An Authorized Distributor, which has been given that status by the manufacturer, must comply with the manufacturer’s stated policies, including customer service and any product warranties and repairs. The items must be identical that we are price matching, and we will only match current pricing, not pricing that is outdated. 

What we are unable to price match

- Used or refurbished items.
- Discontinued Items.
- Mail-In rebates (as they are handled by a third-party, usually the manufacturer).
- Discounts provided by membership or subscription.
- “Buy One, Get One” promotions.
- Coupons codes from other retailers.
- Bulk items being purchased for resale.
- We do not honor retailers misprints or typographical errors.

Exclusions

Some manufacturers may exclude their products from being price matched.

Arrowpoint Medical reserves the right to disqualify the matching of any price at its discretion.
