Inogen One G4 provides oxygen therapy via pulse dose. Like other portable oxygen concentrators, oxygen is only delivered when the unit detects a user inhales. Oxygen does not flow from the unit during exhalation. There are 3 pulse settings on the Inogen G4 concentrator. The setting you use will be determined by your doctor’s prescription. Do not change your device’s settings before first consulting your doctor.

The Inogen One G4 Portable Oxygen Concentrator’s battery can be charged with DC and AC power cords, which enables the users to travel freely. Just plug in your oxygen concentrator to an electric outlet while traveling. When the battery icon displays the lightning bolt on the screen, it indicates that the battery is charging. The user can enjoy oxygen therapy while the portable oxygen concentrator is in charging mode.
Inogen G4 Portable Oxygen Concentrator – Upgraded Control Panel
The Inogen One G4 features a backlit LCD screen as well as four large push buttons, making oxygen therapy as easy as possible. The larger text makes it easier to check your concentrator’s flow settings, while the battery life is displayed numerically. In addition to the LCD screen, the Inogen One G4 also features two LED indicators – one for breath detection and the other for alerts or changes in operating conditions. A flashing LED indicates a higher-priority alert.
Inogen One G4 Oxygen Concentrator – Breath Detection Alert Mode
In addition to the updated display, the Inogen One G4 provides users with a dedicated button for the Audible Breath Detection Alert Mode. If the G4 does not detect a breath for more than 60 seconds, it will automatically pulse oxygen at a metered rate. Once the breath is detected, the device will return to its normal delivery mode.
This button allows users to be audibly alerted when the concentrator enters this mode.
Inogen G4 Oxygen Concentrator Offers Silent Treatment
Inogen One G4 offers almost completely silent treatment. The absence of a motor means that the machine doesn’t make any noise while the dose is being prepared. However, it isn’t completely silent. There are audio signals to indicate that the therapy is complete.
Inogen One G4 Oxygen Concentrator – Offers Up to 30 Treatments
The Innospire One G4 has a powerful battery backup that can be used for 120 minutes or 30 treatments per charge. The battery can be charged with the AC power adapter.
Inogen One G4 Maintenance
