Return Policy

We accept returns on any unopened, unused products (except concentrators, read the Oxygen Concentrator Return Policy shown below), within 30 days of the original ship date. A 15% return processing fee will be taken from the original payment before a credit is issued. All returns must be authorized by a Customer Service Representative and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. The RMA will include our return shipping address and shipping instructions.

Original packaging and paperwork must be returned with the items. The cost of the return shipping will not be reimbursed. A pre-paid shipping label will only be provided for an order shipped in error or defective/malfunctioning equipment.

Processing Time

After receiving the returned item, a refund will be processed in 3-5 business days. An e-mail confirmation will be sent once the refund has been completed. Please allow 7-10 days for your bank to process the transaction on their end from the date the refund was processed.

Oxygen Concentrator Return Policy

Oxygen concentrators can only be returned within 7 days of the original ship date and with less than 10 hours of use. A 15% return processing fee will be taken from the original payment before a credit is issued. All returns must be authorized by a Customer Service Representative and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. The RMA will include our return shipping address and shipping instructions.

We recommend that you inspect and test your concentrator promptly (for fewer than 10 hours). Testing out the concentrator promptly will help you to determine if it needs to be returned within the allotted period. If the concentrator is not meeting your needs, please contact us to discuss a replacement.

Important Note: When returning items, please be sure to remove all accessory items, such as your mask and tubing. Please empty any water basins such as humidifier cups before shipment. Water damage can void the warranty of your device, ensure that you empty the water basin prior to shipping to prevent this from happening.

Battery, Nebulizer, External Charger & Regulator Return Policy

Only unopened and unused nebulizers and regulators can be returned for a refund. The return authorization must be created by a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery. The devices will be tested before your refund is issued. Nebulizers and regulators will only qualify for refund if they are unopened and returned with all original packaging and paperwork.

Warranty

Products will have individual warranties. The products specific warranty information will be listed on the products page under the More Information tab. We are happy to assist with warranty returns for repair or replacement of your device.
  • While under warranty, the manufacturer will test your device to see if it needs to be repaired or replaced. We will forward your device onto the manufacturer for testing and repair/replacement.
  • If the item is no longer under warranty, we can forward the device onto the manufacturer. The manufacturer will charge a diagnostic fee and will provide an estimate for repair.
